Residents bemoan flooding in homes
Fans hum continuously in the basement of Chuck and Kay Hutka’s home on Orville Drive near Raceway Park in Toledo. “I’m trying to dry it out,” Mr. Hutka, a retired letter carrier, said. On June 27, the basement of their 1.5-story home filled with water of a few feet, he said. A dirt line on the wall offers proof of the flood stage.
