Bowersox hits talk-show circut

Crystal Bowersox will make appearances on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and Regis and Kelly promoting her new album.

Expect to see a lot of Crystal Bowersox on television over the next couple of weeks as she promotes the release of her debut album “Farmer's Daughter” on Tuesday.

The Elliston, Ohio, American Idol runner-up will be on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno Friday (11:30 p.m., WNWO-TV, Channel 24) along with her long-time bass player, Frankie May of Toledo.

On Monday, just a day before the release of her CD, Bowersox and May will be on Regis and Kelly (9 a.m., WTVG-TV, Channel 13), and on Dec. 16 they'll be on the Ellen DeGeneres Show (4 p.m., WTVG-TV, Channel 13). Finally, they are scheduled to be on Chelsea Lately on the cable channel E! at 11 p.m. Dec. 22.
