Exhibit features golf course designer

The Main Branch of the Toledo-Lucas County Library, 325 Michigan St., presents an exhibit, Art Hills, Golf Course Architect, honoring Toledo native Arthur Hills and his work with Arthur Hills/Steve Forrest and Associates, which has designed more than 180 new courses in the United States, Europe, and Asia. The show runs Aug. 7-30 in the Gallery of the Department of Local History and the McMaster Center Lobby of the Main Branch. The Perrysburg Area Arts Council presents the paintings of Karen Studenka on the second floor of the Perrysburg Municipal Courthouse, 300 Walnut St., through August. Hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday, Wednesday-Friday and 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday. Information: 419-873-2787.

The Northwest Ohio Artists Education Association presents Artists Who Teach 2006, an invitational multi-media exhibit in the University of Toledo s Center for the Visual Arts at the Toledo Museum of Art, 620 Grove Place, through Aug. 4.
