Outlook: The Panthers have as many returners from last season as any team in the NWOAL.
What exactly does that mean for Delta and its first-year coach remains to be seen.
The Panthers, who finished in sixth place during Mike Vicars’ return as coach, showed plenty of improvement, and several players unveiled the kind of upside that makes them a team to watch.
“I’m excited about the opportunity to coach at Delta,” Kubuske said. “I’m excited to come into the oldest conference in Ohio.”
Storeholder rushed for 741 yards on 46 carries for a 16.1 average per carry last year. Parsons completed 43 of 110 passes for 708 yards, including seven touchdown passes.
Winterfeld, a linebacker, is one of 17 seniors, returns as one of the defensive standouts.
