BOWLING GREEN - In its second season under head coach Urban Meyer, the Bowling Green State University football team will play six home games, highlighted by a Sept. 14 visit from the Missouri Tigers of former Toledo coach Gary Pinkel, and six games on the road, featuring a visit to another Big 12 member, Kansas.

The Falcons open with Division I-AA opponent Tennessee Tech at home on Aug. 31 for the first of five home games under the lights at Perry Stadium. After the Falcons host Missouri, they play at Kansas the following week.

BG will play in Tampa against new Division I entry South Florida on Nov. 16, two weeks before it closes the season on the road against rival Toledo.

The MAC portion of the schedule reflects BG's move to the West Division to accommodate the league's newest member, Central Florida, joining the East. For the first time, the MAC will have two-seven team divisions.
