OXFORD, Ohio — Bowling Green suffered a 3-1 loss Saturday night to No. 6 Miami in a Central Collegiate Hockey Association game.
Bowling Green (8-13-5, 5-10-3-1 CCHA) got its only goal near the end of the first period when Dajon Mingo scored his sixth of the season at the 18:43 mark.
The RedHawks (15-6-5, 10-4-4-4) got first-period goals from Jimmy Mullin and Bryon Paulazzo, and a power-play goal from Mullin in the second period to sweep the two game series.
BG’s Andrew Hammond finished with 31 saves, while Miami’s Ryan McKay stopped 23 shots.
