BOWLING GREEN -- Bowling Green State University wide receiver Ronnie Moore was named Mid-American Conference East Division offensive player of the week, the league announced today.

Moore caught seven passes for 161 yards and three touchdowns, all career highs, in the Falcons' 58-7 win at Eastern Michigan Saturday.

Moore scored on a 74-yard catch-and-run TD after BG had fallen behind 7-3 midway through the first quarter, then caught a 22-yard scoring strike from quarterback Matt Johnson later in the period.

Near the end of the first half Moore got behind the Eagles defense and caught a 34-yard touchdown pass.

The native of Sanford, Fla., also had two rushing attempts for 18 yards.
