Ball State tops BGSU 73-55
3/14/2014CLEVELAND -- The Bowling Green State University women's basketball team suffered a 73-55 loss to Ball State in the semifinals of the Mid-American Conference tournament at Quicken Loans Arena.
Erica Donovan scored 17 points to lead the Falcons (27-4), while Jillian Halfhill added 14.
Shelbi Justice finished with 21 points to lead five in double figures for Ball State (18-15). Brandy Woody scored 16, Brittany Carter 13, and both Nathalie Fontaine and Katie Murphy 10 for the Cardinals.
