Jewish book fair slated for 4 venues in Sylvania

The Seventh Annual Northwest Ohio Jewish Book Fair begins Sunday and continues through Thursday.

Sunday, authors Ellen Bari, Erica Perl, Julie Chibbaro, Steven Levy, and Fran Walfish will speak at The Temple-Shomer Emunim, 6453 Sylvania Ave., Sylvania, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.

Afterward, there will be cookies, book sales, and joy in the Temple Social Hall.

At 7 p.m. Tuesday, Avrom Honig, known for the online kosher cooking show Feed Me Bubbe, will be at the Leo & Vera Sekach Community Services Building, 6505 Sylvania Ave., Sylvania, The cost is $10 a person for nosh; $25 a person for nosh and a signed copy of the book (prepaid only).

Journalists Jenny Anderson and Paula Szuchman, authors of Spousonomics: Using Economics to Master Love, Marriage, and Dirty Dishes, will be at the Treo Restaurant, 5703 Main St., Sylvania, at 7 p.m. The cost is $15 for nosh and a cocktail or $35 for nosh, cocktail, and a signed copy of the book (prepaid only).

The last event in the book fair is a talk by author and book reviewer Nancy Rips at noon Thursday at Congregation B'nai Israel, 6525 Sylvania Ave., Sylvania.
