Perrysburg library plans sale, talk by Steinbeck author

Way Public Library will hold a book sale from 2 to 6 p.m. Thursday with thousands of items, including new and used books, DVDs, CDs, and audiobooks. A large bag of books will cost $15; a small bag, $5. Individual items also will be priced for sale.

On Wednesday, author Bill Steigerwald will speak at the library at 7 p.m. His book Dogging Steinbeck retraced Nobel winner John Steinbeck’s trip around the United States in a truck-camper to reconnect with the country.

The event is free; Mr. Steigerwald’s book will be available.
