3 Toledo strip club workers face prostitution, drug charges

Charges were filed against a Perrysburg man and two Toledo women after state agents investigated reports of prostitution and drug use at Platinum Kisses in West Toledo.

The club, 505 East Alexis Rd., operated by Alexis Entertainment LLC, is managed by Younes H. Dia, 43, of 26346 W. River Rd., Perrysburg.

The Ohio Investigative Unit on Friday filed in Toledo Municipal Court 21 counts of nudity, 15 counts of solicitation, 13 counts of engaging in sexual activity, and three counts each of drug sales, drug possession, and public indecency against the company and the three staff members.

Mr. Dia was charged with 24 counts each of illegally operating a sexually oriented business and personal liability of organizational conduct. The charges stem from allowing female dancers to perform topless in 2012, according to court records.

Jamie Lynn Russell, 36, of 1376 Felt St. was also charged with four counts of illegal sexually oriented activity in a sexually oriented business and three counts of trafficking in a controlled substance. Court records state she sold Oxycodone tablets to an agent on three occasions in 2012.

Whitney B. Wright, 38, of 1140 Eleanor Ave. was charged with one count of illegal sexually oriented activity in a sexually oriented business, authorities said. She was charged with performing semi-nude in the presence of an agent in 2012.
