One eastbound lane reopened around 8 p.m. after an overturned tractor-trailer had earlier closed the Ohio Turnpike's eastbound lanes near the I-280 interchange in Lake Township.

An undisclosed number of people were injured in the 6:40 p.m. crash, according to an Ohio Highway Patrol dispatcher at the agency's Turnpike headquarters in Berea.
