Judge Arnold joins county DARE panel

MONROE -- Monroe County Probate Judge Frank Arnold has been appointed to the county's DARE (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) Advisory Board.

The advisory group assists in finding funds for the costs of the DARE officers who work in schools and the awards for students who complete the program.

Donald Spencer, superintendent of the Monroe County Intermediate School District and chairman of the advisory panel, said Judge Arnold "will be an excellent addition to our advisory board."
