BOWLING GREEN — A Michigan couple allegedly found last month with hundreds of oxycodone hydrochloride pills and a small amount of marijuana during a traffic stop in Wood County have been arraigned.

Vincent Edge, 31, of Eastpointe and Laricca Hicks of Kennbec are both charged with two counts of possession of drugs and one count of trafficking in drugs. They each face up to 24 years in prison.

Ohio Highway Patrol troopers say they found 656 pills and some marijuana in a rented 2011 Chevrolet Malibu when they stopped it for speeding Oct. 5 on I-75 in Bowling Green.

Both suspects appeared via video in Bowling Green Municipal Court Tuesday, where they were ordered held in the Wood County jail in lieu of $30,000 bond. Preliminary hearings are set for Nov. 14.
