Juan Garcia, Jr., 26, was killed by a wrong-way driver on I-75 early on Christmas morning, 2012.

A Michigan man who authorities said was driving a vehicle the wrong way on I-75 and slammed into another vehicle, killing Juan Garcia, Jr., was indicted today by a Lucas County grand jury.

Adam Tunison, 41, of LaSalle, was indicted on two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide in the Christmas Day accident that killed Mr. Garcia, 26, of Toledo.

One of the counts alleges Mr. Tunison was driving drunk and the other count alleges that he was driving recklessly.

Police said Mr. Tunison was driving the wrong way on southbound I-75 between the Ottawa River Road and I-280 interchanges in North Toledo about 3 a.m. when he crashed head on into the victim's car.

Mr. Garcia was pronounced dead at the scene.
