A wanted man who was found hiding in a South Toledo residence Thursday night was arraigned Friday in Toledo Municipal Court.

Larry Franco, Jr., 21, of 914 Willow Ave. is charged with domestic violence, aggravated robbery, intimidation, and two counts of abduction. He was ordered held in the Lucas County jail in lieu of $210,000 bond and is to appear for a preliminary hearing April 12.

The suspect is accused of locking the mother of his 2-year-old daughter in an East Toledo bedroom and repeatedly punching her in the face March 20. According to court documents, he is accused of forbidding her from leaving and warned her he would kill her, their child, and himself.

This week, the woman reported that the suspect attacked her again, holding her at knifepoint and forcing her into a vehicle.

Police had described the suspect as extremely violent and said they feared for the victim’s safety.
