A Toledo man is to be arraigned Wednesday for allegedly stealing some $322,000 worth of lottery tickets from his former employer.

Samer Ahmed Musa, 31, of 2823 Floex Dr., was indicted by a Lucas County grand jury earlier this week on a charge of aggravated theft. According to prosecutors, Mr. Musa was employed as the district manager for the Stop ‘N’ Shop, 5314 W. Bancroft St. from September, 2011 to November, 2012. It was between January and November that he allegedly stole 644 books of $20 lottery tickets worth a total of $322,000. Mr. Musa then had at least two other individuals cash in winning tickets.
