Putnam County teen indicted in double murder

OTTAWA, Ohio -- Michael Aaron Fay was indicted today by a Putnam County grand jury in the deaths of two teenage brothers.

Mr. Fay, 17, is charged with two counts each of aggravated murder and abuse of a corpse. The panel also handed up indictments for tampering with evidence and theft.

He is accused of killing 17-year-old Blake Romes and 14-year-old Blaine Romes in their Ottawa trailer on May 9.

He is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday in Putnam County Common Pleas Court before Judge Randall Basinger.
