A convicted killer already serving four life sentences was ordered today to serve another.

Lawrence Hensley, 44, pleaded guilty in Lucas County Common Pleas Court to aggravated murder.

Hensley admitted to the strangulation death of Brad Hamlin, 24, on Sept. 20, when the two were inmates at the Toledo Correctional Institute.

Judge Gene Zmuda ordered the sentence, which does not include the possibility of parole, to be served consecutive with all of Hensley's previous sentences.

Hensley asked to be incarcerated at the Ohio State Penitentiary in Youngstown, which houses some of the most dangerous inmates.

Hensley asked for his incarceration there because of a family request.

"They don't want me to hurt nobody else, kill nobody else," Hensley said to the judge.
