A Toledo woman is facing a federal sex trafficking charge for allegedly taking a teenager across state lines in 2009.
Amber Ginter, also known as Amber Mendoza, 35, is charged with interstate sex trafficking.
Officials from the U.S. Attorney’s Office said that the charges, which were filed Friday, allege that Ms. Ginter took an Ohio girl to Michigan in December, 2009, for the girl to “engage in commercial sexual activity.”
