A 24-year-old Toledo man is being held in the Lucas County jail on allegations that he committed sex acts in front of a 3-year-old.

Najee Bryant, of 443 Southcrest Dr., is charged with gross sexual imposition, and pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, making false alarms, and two counts of aggravated menacing.

He was arraigned Wednesday in Toledo Municipal Court and was ordered to remain in the jail in lieu of $275,000 bond.

Court documents allege that the suspect recorded a video on a cell phone of himself committing sex acts in front of the child on Sept. 17.

The suspect is also accused of calling 911 on Sept. 17 and reporting that he had a gun and that, if police did not come to the Southcrest address, he would shoot two different men.

When police arrived, the suspect allegedly told police he did not have a gun but said he did because he wanted police to arrive quickly.

The victim is to appear in court again on Sept. 25.
