Monroe County judge to give talks on wills, other issues
10/28/2013Monroe County Probate and Family Court Judge Frank Arnold is conducting judicial outreach talks and invites the public to attend.
On Tuesday, he will discuss wills, trusts, and deeds at the Berlin Senior Citizens Center, 8000 Swan View Rd., Newport. On Nov. 4, the discussion will deal with powers of attorney, guardianships, and conservatorships at Marion Place, 408 W. Front St., and on Nov. 12, his subject will be bullying and what citizens need to know about it at River Park Plaza, 20 N. Roessler St., Monroe.
