A Toledo woman accused of engaging in sexual misconduct with teenage boys at Clay High School, where she worked as an athletic trainer, was indicted Friday on a new charge.

Melinda Rober, 36, of 2552 106th St. was indicted by a Lucas County grand jury on one count of sexual battery for incidents involving a 16-year-old boy in August, 2011. That charge is in addition to two counts of sexual battery that were filed against her in May that relate to sexual conduct with a 17-year-old boy in 2011 and 2012.

At the time of the alleged offenses, Ms. Rober was employed at the Oregon high school through a contract with ProMedica. No longer employed by ProMedica, she is the subject of four lawsuits filed by former Clay students who say they were victimized.
