Alleged gang member arraigned in shooting

A gang member accused of shooting a 17-year-old boy was arraigned Monday in Toledo Municipal Court.

Shane Luce, 22, of 1824 Wayne St., charged with felonious assault, obstructing official business, and disorderly conduct — remained in the Lucas County jail in lieu of $100,000 bond.
