A Toledo man charged in an April homicide case was indicted Wednesday by a Lucas County grand jury for an unrelated robbery.

Roderick Colbert, 20, of 985 Post Rd. was indicted for robbery and aggravated robbery with a firearm specification for a March 29 incident in the 2300 block of Scottwood Avenue. In that hold-up, the victim told police she heard someone approach her from behind then felt someone pulling on her purse. She said she tightened her grip then turned to see a man with a gun who told her to let go, so she did.

Colbert also is charged with murder and felonious assault stemming from an April 12 assault on Jeffrey Miller-Lee, 27, and his subsequent death on April 15.
