A Toledo man was indicted today on four charges stemming from the death of his 2-year-old son.

Samuel Oliver, 21, of 3425 Nebraska Ave., was indicted by a Lucas County grand jury for aggravated murder, murder, felonious assault, and endangering children in the June 2 death of Delayno Oliver. An autopsy concluded the toddler died from multiple blunt-force injuries to his head and body.
