Toledo police hope someone can help them solve a 2013 homicide case.
On July 31, an asbestos-removal crew found the body of Christian Snow-Veley, 22, in the basement of 438 E. Streicher St., a half mile from his Hudson Street home, police said. He was shot multiple times in the head and torso.
Snow-Veley was reported missing May 29, 2013, two days after relatives recalled last seeing him. Relatives then reported receiving unsettling phone calls while they searched for several months in parts of central and North Toledo.
Callers told them Snow-Veley was buried in a shallow grave in a wooded area or under trees.
Police asked anyone with information on the case to call the Crime Stopper program 419-255-1111.
