Suspect held in vandalism on Perth St.

A Toledo man was ordered to remain in the Lucas County jail in lieu of $20,000 bond for allegedly breaking the windshields of four vehicles.

Lamar Snow, 19, of 336 Machen St. was charged in Toledo Municipal Court with four counts of criminal damaging. He was arraigned Tuesday morning.

According to a police report, officers were called to the Perth Street and Olds Avenue area, between the University of Toledo and St. Francis de Sales High School, early Sunday morning because of a crowd breaking windows at a nearby 7-Eleven and vehicle windows on Perth. Officers stopped Mr. Snow in the 1900 block of Perth because he matched the description of a person who walked across several vehicles, breaking four windshields.
