Toledo man is indicted on assault, gun charges

BOWLING GREEN — A Toledo man was indicted this week on charges he fired at another man outside the Waffle House restaurant on East Wooster Street.
Latwaun Griffin, 23, of 1526 Nebraska Ave. was indicted by a Wood County grand jury for felonious assault with a firearm specification.
According to court records, Mr. Griffin allegedly fired a 40-caliber pistol at Timothy Price on April 27. Police said the gun was fired after Mr. Griffin was involved in an altercation inside the restaurant.
