A Toledo man arrested after a confrontation with his girlfriend’s ex-boyfriend in East Toledo has been placed on community control for five years.

Manuel Pacely, 27, of 752 Euclid Ave. pleaded guilty last month to having a weapon while under disability for the May 8 incident.

Lucas County Common Pleas Judge Myron Duhart on Tuesday ordered him to serve six months on electronic monitoring, consume no alcohol or drugs, and undergo drug testing.
