Wauseon attorney appointed to Fulton County court

COLUMBUS — Wauseon attorney Eric K. Nagel was appointed by Gov. John Kasich to fill the vacancy on Fulton County Court’s Western District created by the election of Judge Jeffery L. Robinson to county common pleas court.

The assistant county prosecuting attorney will join the bench on April 28 and is expected to run next year for his own full term. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University and his law degree from the University of Toledo.

The Republican governor also appointed two new members to the Owens State Community College Board of Trustees. Deborah Knight, of Perrysburg, will serve until Sept. 21, 2018, and Jason W. Johnson, of Toledo, will serve through Sept. 21, 2022.
