Toledo man sentenced for drug traficking
12/28/2017A South Toledo man was sentenced Thursday by Lucas County Common Pleas Judge Gene Zmuda to two years in prison for trafficking synthetic marijuana.
Dana King, 28, of the 1100 block of Eton Road had been indicted for corrupting another with drugs for the overdose death of Nicholas Rothenbuhler, 20, of Perrysburg in September, but that charge was dismissed previously and could be re-filed.
Brian Boos, an assistant county prosecutor, said investigators are awaiting lab results before re-presenting the case to a Lucas County grand jury.
