    • Visitors, above, walk through the 40th annual Roche de Boeuf festival in downtown Waterville. The community staple featured a variety of attractions, including a history-themed parade, entertainment, and artists, including Becky Shepard of Napoleon, Ohio, at left. Ms. Shepard was painting the Wellness Center Day Spa & Salon near her booth at the festival on Saturday. Roche de Boeuf means ‘Buffalo Rock’ and honors a rock outcropping in the Maumee River that remains today.
