Monroe to discuss Japan exchange program
3/3/2014Monroe International Friendship Association will have an informational meeting at 7 p.m. March 11 in Monroe City Hall for Monroe County high school students who are interested in spending three weeks in Japan.
The program has been sending students to Hofu, Monroe’s sister city in Japan, since since 1992. Three to five students will be chosen to participate.
The meeting will be on the third floor, 120 E. First St. For more information, call 734-242-9618.
