Some streets to close for Old West End fest

Several neighborhood streets will be closed for the Old West End Festival, some starting today, the city transportation division announced.

At 9 a.m. today, Woodruff Avenue will close between Scottwood Avenue and Collingwood Boulevard; northbound Scottwood will close between Monroe Street and Woodruff, and Parkwood Avenue will close between Floyd Street and the Toledo Museum of Art Glass Pavilion entrance south of Woodruff.

At 8 a.m. Saturday, four more streets will close: Scottwood between Virginia and Bancroft streets; Robinwood Avenue between Bancroft and Delaware Avenue; Virginia between Scottwood and Glenwood Avenue, and 23rd Street between Collingwood-Monroe and Jefferson Avenue.

All will reopen at midnight Saturday except for 23rd, which will reopen three hours earlier.
