German-American Festival begins today

Bernd Fehrenbach, president and owner of Fehrenbach Black Forest Clocks, hangs his authentic German cuckoo clocks for sale in preparation for the German-American Festival, which begins today at Oak Shade Grove in Oregon. The festival is open from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m. today; 2 p.m. to 1 a.m. Saturday; and noon to 11 p.m. Sunday. General admission is $8 for adults, and children 12 and younger are admitted free. Advance admission tickets are available for $7 online, along with a complete schedule of events at germanamericanfestival.net.
