David Coleman, 31, of Wauseon, May 12, at St. Luke's Hospital. Accidental, commotio cordis; deceased was hit in chest during football game.
Cameron Cortez, 3 months, of Toledo, May 18, at Toledo Hospital. Undetermined, delayed sudden unexplained infant death.
Foster Cullum, Sr., 68, of Toledo, June 11, at home. Suicide, gunshot wound of the head.
Jonathan Curtis, 20, of Celina, Ohio, May 22, in 900 block of Secor. Suicide, shotgun wound of head.
