Coroner’s rulings

The Lucas County Coroner has ruled in the following deaths:

David Zilba, 64, of Toledo, April 21, at home. Accidental, saddle pulmonary thromboembolus; deceased fell at home.

Thomas Bean, 43, of Toledo, May 23, at home. Homicide, multiple gunshot wounds.

James Case, 60, of Toledo, June 11, at home. Accidental, subdural hematoma; deceased fell down stairs at home.

Richard Janicki, 55, of Maumee, April 16, at home. Accidental, combined drug toxicity.

William Shaffer, 49, of Toledo, March 7, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Undetermined, complications of blunt head trauma.
