    The Lucas County Coroner has ruled in the following deaths:

    Jeffrey Berger, 60, of Curtice, Ohio, April 15, at Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center. Accidental, anoxic encephalopathy due to combined drug toxicity (heroin and fentanyl).

    Luke Despoth, 15, of Holland, July 28, at home. Suicide, deceased hanged himself.

    Harold Dixon, Jr., 43, of Toledo, May 14, at home. Accidental, acute combined drug intoxication (ethanol and acrylfentanyl).

    Jerry Eicher, 21 months, of Reading, Mich., at Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center. Accidental, anoxic encephalophathy; deceased fell into milk cooling vat.

    Julius Jaeger, 79, of Holland, Aug. 4, at home.  Suicide, self inflicted gunshot wound to chest.

    Ricardo Jimenez, 82, of Toledo, Aug. 4, at home. Homicide, multiple stab wounds.

    Paul Eaton, 73, of Wayne County, Mich., July 25, at ProMedical Toledo Hospital. Accidental, hypertensive cardiovascular disease; deceased was involved in traffic crash.

    Lois Green, 91, of Toledo, Sept. 7, at nursing home. Accidental, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated by left femur fracture; deceased fell at home.

    Mariya Heinzerling, 21, of LaSalle, Mich., July 27, at Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center. Accidental, multiple blunt trauma sustained from vehicle accident.

    Laura Jones, 55, of Toledo, July 4, at Ebeid Hospice in Sylvanaia. Accidental, complications of blunt head trauma; deceased fell at a restaurant.

    Timothy McKay, 60, of Toledo, July 23, at ProMedica Toledo Hospital. Accidental, multiple blunt force trauma; deceased was struck by own vehicle and pinned against untility pole.

    Walter Sites, 73, of Toledo, July 11, at home. Homicide, blunt head trauma; deceased was assaulted.

    Marilyn Stull, 95, of Fostoria, Ohio, Sept. 3, at ProMedica Toledo Hospital. Accidental, multiorgan system failure following right femur fracture; deceased fell in assisted living home.

    Levonn Townsend, 38, of Toledo, April 24, at home. Accidental, combined drug toxicity (ethanol, cocaine, and cocaethylene).
