Dinner Tonight: Turkey Vegetable Chili

“This is a lower calorie chili recipe,” writes Judy Bashforth. “My husband likes to make this for us.”

Turkey Vegetable Chili

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup onion, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 cups tomatoes, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 cup water
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1 20-ounce bag of frozen stir fry-style vegetables

Brown ground turkey; add other ingredients and cook for 1/2 hour.
