Dogs remain available at the Lucas County Dog Warden’s Office, 410 South Erie St., Toledo. For information, call 419-213-2800. 

For a complete list of available dogs, go to A $50 adoption fee includes spay-neuter, a heartworm check, microchip ID, vaccinations, and a behavioral evaluation.  

The Lucas County Dog Warden’s Office is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Saturday.

Labrador mix, black/white female, failed behavior evaluation, food guarder; Dexter, Toledo.

“Pit bull”/boxer mix, orange/white/black male, stray, pound at capacity for “pit bull”-type dogs; Summit, Toledo.

Husky mix, brown/white male, stray, too aggressive to handle safely to administer behavior evaluation; Manhattan, Toledo.

“Pit bull,” black/white female, stray, pound at capacity for “pit bull”-type dogs; Hollywood, Toledo.
