Lucas County Dogs for Adoption: 11-23


Dogs remain available at the Lucas County Dog Warden’s Office, 410 South Erie St., Toledo. For information, call 419-213-2800.

For a complete list of available dogs, go to lucascountydogs.petfinder.com. A $100 adoption fee includes spay-neuter, a heartworm check, microchip ID, vaccinations, and a behavioral evaluation.

Breed and description; location seized; charge (if applicable):

German shepherd mix, black male, licensed, owner requested euthanasia (age-related illness), surrendered by James Draper, Garfield Place, Toledo.

“Pit bull,” black and white male, unlicensed, stray, failed behavior evaluation/body handling, Coventry Avenue, Toledo.

“Pit bull,” orange and white male, unlicensed, failed behavior evaluation/food guarding, Elliott Avenue, Toledo, running at large.

“Pit bull,” brown and white male, unlicensed, failed behavior evaluation/dog aggression, Starr Avenue, Toledo, running at large

Dachshund/Pekingese mix, orange and white male, unlicensed, owner requested euthanasia (multiple bite attempts), surrendered by Henry Jackson, Woodstock Avenue, Toledo.
