“Pit bull,” brown and white male, unlicensed, fearful/​unsafe, West Delaware Avenue, Toledo, running at large.

Rottweiler, black and tan female, unlicensed, failed behavior evaluation/​dog aggression (scored 4/​4 on April 6), Vermaas Avenue, Toledo, running at large.
