Dogs killed Sept. 12 and 13 by the Lucas County Canine Care & Control Office:

Breed and description; location seized; charge (if applicable):

“Pit bull” mix, brindle and white female, unlicensed, failed behavior evaluation/dog aggression (scored 3 out of 4 on June 30), Monroe Street, Toledo, stray picked up by a control officer.

Border collie, black and white female, unlicensed, fearful/unsafe, surrendered by Jason Albring, Brookestone Village Drive, Sylvania.

“Pit bull,” gray and white male, unlicensed, failed behavior evaluation/body handling (scored 3/5 on June 30), Airport Highway, Toledo, stray picked up by a control officer.

“Pit bull,” white and black female, unlicensed, failed behavior evaluation/dog aggression (scored 4/4 on June 30), Clinton Street, Toledo, stray picked up by a control officer.

“Pit bull,” blue and white male, unlicensed, veterinarian recommended euthanasia/quality of life (tested positive for parvovirus, very sick with grave prognosis, very contagious virus with no transfer partner able to take), Paxton Street, Toledo, stray picked up by a control officer.

“Pit bull,” brown male, unlicensed, owner requested euthanasia (very sick, suspected parvovirus), surrendered by Pamela Gregory, Vermaas Avenue, Toledo.
