“Pit bull,” white and brown female, unlicensed, failed behavior evaluation/​resource guarder (scored 4/​5 on Aug. 18), Maxwell Road, Toledo, stray picked up by a control officer.

 

“Pit bull,” white and brown female, unlicensed, failed behavior evaluation/​body handling (scored 4/​5 on Aug. 18), Colburn Avenue, Toledo, stray brought to the shelter.

 

German shepherd mix, brown male, unlicensed, owner requested euthanasia (aggressive/​unsafe, had been declared dangerous), surrendered by Philip Ketcham, Eleanor Avenue, Toledo.

 

Chihuahua, tricolor and black male, unlicensed, fearful/​unsafe, surrendered by Stephen Giltz, Vanderbilt Road, Toledo.

 

“Pit bull,” black and white male, unlicensed, veterinarian recommended euthanasia/​quality of life (demodectic mange), Lawrence Avenue, Toledo, stray picked up by a control officer.

 

Labrador retriever, yellow female, unlicensed, veterinarian recommended euthanasia/​quality of life (very underweight, muscle wasting, mostly deaf and partially blind, difficulty defecating because of rear hip and leg pain, poor prognosis), Kellogg Road, Toledo, stray brought to the shelter.

 

“Pit bull,” gray and white female, unlicensed, failed behavior evaluation/​body handling (scored 3/​5 on Aug. 18), Glendale Avenue, Toledo, stray brought to the shelter.

 

Cocker spaniel, brown female, unlicensed, owner requested euthanasia (elderly, blind, incontinent), surrendered by Gerald Bleakey, Bancroft Street, Toledo.
