For a complete list of available dogs, go to lucascountydogs.petfinder.com. A $100 adoption fee includes spay-neuter, a heartworm check, microchip ID, vaccinations, and a behavioral evaluation.

    Dogs killed Nov. 26-27 under the direction of Richard Stewart, director of the Lucas County Canine Care & Control:

    Breed and description; reason; intake type and date with location found if stray. Dogs killed for poor behavior on body-handling and resource-guarding assessments are scored on a scale of 5, with higher scores being more aggressive. Dog-aggression assessments are not scored:

    Shih Tzu/​standard poodle mix, black and white male, unlicen- sed; owner requested euthanasia (16 years old, paralyzed in rear end); surrendered Nov. 26 by John Parsons, Seagull Lane, Toledo.

    German shepherd mix, black and tan female, unlicensed; owner requested euthanasia (bite history); surrendered Nov. 26 by Suzanne Rodriguez, Canton Avenue, Toledo.

    Beagle, tricolor male, unlicensed; owner requested euthanasia (paralyzed in rear, spinal or disc disease); surrendered Nov. 27 by Roxanna Brown, East Oakland Street, Toledo.

    “Pit bull,” white and black male, unlicensed; bit a person while running loose; stray picked up Nov. 16 by a control officer at 253 Plymouth St., Toledo.

    German shepherd, tan male, unlicensed; owner requested euthanasia (15 years old, can’t walk, seizures); surrendered Nov. 27 by Lori Roe, Thurston Street, Toledo.
