Oregon City Council has agreed to pay Toledo Edison Co. $74,100 to relocate two utility poles southwest of the intersection of Wynn and Cedar Point roads for the Oregon Flood Relief and Erosion Control Project.

In other action last week, council authorized Mayor Mike Seferian to enter into an agreement with the Ohio Department of Transportation for federal funds for phase two of the Stadium Road Bike Path. The total cost of the project is projected to be $550,000. Phase two, the last segment, is to extend bike lanes from Corduroy Road at Clay High School east to Stadium and along the west side of Stadium north to Eagles Landing Drive.
