The 19th Annual Oregon Fest will be held from noon to 6 p.m. Sunday on Dustin Road between Isaac Streets Drive and Coy Road.

Debbie Brown, the event chairman, describes it as “a community celebration.”

The festival will be preceded on Saturday by a Give ’N Take Plant Exchange in the large tent near the corner of Dustin and Harbor. Participants are asked to bring in plants they’ve divided from their garden from 9 to 10 a.m. and receive tickets for them. From 10 to 11:30 a.m., they can exchange their tickets for other plants.

Admission to the festival on Sunday is free. There will be re-enactors, including a Civil War encampment, food stands, a classic car show, amusement rides, arts and crafts, a business fair, medical displays, raffles, and a parade at 4 p.m.
