Jobless rate in Mich. rises slightly again

LANSING -- Michigan's jobless rate rose 0.1 percentage points in June, the second straight monthly increase after a yearlong decline.

Michigan said June's seasonally adjusted unemployment rate stood at 8.6 percent, compared with April's 8.5 percent. The rate was 10.6 percent in June, 2011.

The national unemployment rate in June was 8.2 percent.
