Student of the Week: Lindsay Burnep

Lindsay Burnep, a senior from Toledo, plans to major in business and marketing in college. Her favorite subjects are math and science, and she has a 4.4 grade-point average.

Lindsay is a member of the second team all-city volleyball team and the National Honor Society. She has played varsity volleyball for four years and is a member of the Jefferson Madison leadership team. She is an active participant in the literature drop and volunteers for various families in the community.

"Lindsay exemplifies the student every educator wants in the classroom," said Kathleen Robeson, assistant principal for activities. "She is first in her class and is an outstanding athlete."

Lindsay is the daughter of Joe and Kaye Burnep.
